Anirban et al. have developed a novel metal free SERS substarte on Nano-structured layered Black Phosphorus by fabricating hotspot array, where a controlled nano-patterning process has been demonstrated using low power focused Laser irradiation.
Nanoscale, 2019, 11, 16245

Renu et. al. have demonstrated an experimental and computational investigation on the effect of the external direction-dependent electric field on the phonon characteristics and electronic band structure of MoS2. They have presented a systematic correlation in the lattice perturbation brought about by the external electric field with the phonon characteristics and electronic band structure of MoS2.

Anirban et al. have demonstrated the existence of pressure-induced partial phase transition in few-layer Black Phosphorus (BP), probed by high-pressure Raman spectroscopy. The study reveals the existence of a metastable state, where both Black Phosphorus (orthorhombic) and Blue Phosphorus (rhombohedral) phases can coexist.
