Dr. Menaka Jha

Our research work is focused on designing nanostructured materials for their use in energy conversion and storage (hydrogen evolution reaction, oxygen evolution reaction, organic conversions and supercapacitors). The other interest involves the stabilization of boron-based materials (borane, boride and borates) and their application for field emission properties. We also work in the field of wastewater treatment and extraction of valuable products from waste. Research Intrest: 1. Synthesis of nanomaterials for renewable energy production. 2. Electrocatalyst for HER, OER, Organic Conversions and Supercapacitors. 3. Boride based materials for field emission properties 4. Waste water treatment and water purification 5. Extraction of value-added products from waste 6. Nanostructured materials for photoelectrocatalytic applications
