The “room-temperature giant magnetoelectric phenomenon” in a {CoIII₃DyIII} molecular single crystal is particularly noteworthy for demonstrating magnetoelectric coupling at room temperature, a key step toward practical applications in next-generation electronic and spintronic devices as well as energy harvesting technologies. The research also reflects a strong collaborative effort, involving contributions from multiple research groups across different institutes, as reflected in the published article (J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2026, 148, 11738).
