POSH Awareness and Training Programme 2026

The POSH Awareness and Training Programme was successfully conducted on 9^th January 2025 at INST, Mohali by Dr. Jiban Jyoti Panda and the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) members, Dr Kiran Hazra, and Ms. Shweta, with Ms. Shubhra Puri as the resource person. The programme was inaugurated by Prof. Anindya Datta, Director, INST Mohali, who highlighted the importance of maintaining a safe, fair, and respectful work environment. The session provided important insights into the POSH Act, the functions of the ICC, and the grievance redressal process. Participants actively engaged in discussions on workplace conduct, as well as their rights and responsibilities. The programme reaffirmed the Institute’s strong commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace.
