Dr Inrdanil Sarkar's group in their recent research on spintronics published in Physical Review B (https://doi.org/10.1103/PhysRevB.110.094424) revealed critical insights into the electronic structure of spin torque generating Ferromagnetic (FM)/Non-magnetic (NM) heterostructures that will open new avenues both for fundamental understanding and for designing and controlling spin transfer properties across FM/NM heterostructures.
